Courage and cheerfulness will not only carry you over the rough places in life, but will enable you to bring comfort and help to the weak-hearted and will console you in the sad hours.
William Osler

Like a boat in the water, your actions leave behind ripples to be absorbed by others. To ensure that you are affecting people in a positive way, be cheerful. You have an opportunity to heal the world every day, simply by expressing your enthusiasm and joy for life.

Give gladness. Be happy. Show the world that you live close to your heart, and enjoy God’s Presence in your life. There’s no reason to be sad any longer.
