Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.

HAPPINESS
Author Dennis Prager realized that most people tend to regard the pursuit of happiness as selfish, as opposed to a moral demand. He writes, “When we think of character traits, we rightly think of honesty, integrity, moral courage, and acts of altruism. Few people include happiness in any list of character traits or moral achievements.”
Happiness is an important way of contributing to the world and making it a better place. Sharing your happiness could be one of the greatest gifts you’ll ever give.

Whatever your own beliefs may be, for me, this is a sacred day in which we recognize as the birth of a man who was able to remove the husk around him and allow the pure light of love to shine from within through to all. Every birth holds this possibility, every day, every moment, for each of us. And in those brief moments when I let go of my own husk and simply allow the light to shine out, I feel happiness. Not because of a particular event or outcome, but just because I’m not holding it back any more.
A blessed, peaceful, and happy Christmas to all!
